Dance Nation Monologue (video)

Poetry in Voice


In 2018, Hamish was the first-place national winner of Poetry in Voice, a poetry recitation contest for high school students. He presented three poems at the finals, which were held at the University of Toronto. He was later invited to recite one of them (“Illegalese: Floodgate Dub”) at the globally-coveted Griffin Poetry Prize ceremony later that year.
